Ouch!! my body is aching..
hmmm can feel the unwanted fats are transforming into muscles and my body are being toned up.. hehehe.. *evil grinz*.. Well as usual a fitness freak like me, went for workout again in the gym as my daily routine.. After being a fitness first member for so friggin long, i felt it is just not a right thing for not taking part in the Body Combat class.. Therefore, i've decided to join today.. Not to mention the not too bad looking with a very fit figure and with a cute smile instructor.. I've forgotten his name.. tsk.. me with my very bad memory with people's name.. *grinning widely from my left ear to my right ear*
The whole class was fun wey.. But it's so embarassing that the instructor kept on observing my movement and giving me the "Are U Doing Ok???"Look.. Maklumlah I kan Orang Baru.. But it was fun..I had loadsa fun and it's friggin tiring and i do think i look like a little shorty girl who look so funny trying to kick and punch peeps.. har har har.. *try to imagine la guys*

Man rapes maid after losing lover

KUALA LUMPUR: Ditched by his latest flame, a sales manager allegedly vent his “animal instinct” on his Indonesian maid.
Two days after his girlfriend dumped him, the 45-year-old man began harassing his maid and within a week allegedly raped her four times.
The maid is believed to have been working for him for almost a year, but it is not known if the alleged attacks were the first she had suffered.
City CID chief Senior Asst Comm (II) Aziz Bulat said police nabbed the man near his home in Desa Sri Hartamas on Oct 20 after the maid lodged a report at the Brickfields police station.
SAC Aziz said the man, who works with a multi-national company, had been remanded for one week.
“We are investigating the claims made by the Indonesian maid,” he added.
SAC Aziz said the man was arrested in Kajang in 1998 for bashing up his wife.
Unable to take his abuses, she walked out on him, taking along three children from her previous marriage.
She then returned to Australia, where she had grown up.
The man, said to have many girlfriends, then shacked up with a woman 20 years his junior. On Oct 11, after months of living with him, she too walked out on him.
Well, i just don't know what peeps like him is thinking.. Maids being rape or having affair with their bosses is just so common today.. I was wondering how can peeps end up having an affair with their own maids?? As you can see, the maids are not good looking.. how can they even think of having sex with their maid while their wife is not at home or maybe away for outstation or what-so-ever it is.. Probably because the wife couldn't satisfy their sex needs or probably their wife treats them badly or maybe they are always not around.. But i just simply doesn't understand why do men do this especially when they have a beautiful wife the loves them so dearly just that she happens to be away for business trip for few weeks?? SEE!!
