My life will not be complete without them.... =)
All the way down towards the street of 365-F Jalan Temenggong back in Kota Bharu Kelantan, in the 3rd floor of the shop house of Syarikat Hock Eng Teck (the Ong's family bike business), the chapter of life for the family of 8 began. The leader of the family Mr Ong Chu Beng and his beloved wife Mdm Fong Ai Kiat had been blessed with 5 beautiful princess and a handsome prince from their 31 years of marriage. That is the moment when the chapter of my family life started from happy-fying childhood life i had until what i am today.
Every morning, the whole shop house of Syarikat Hock Eng Teck will be blasted with the horrendous loud, nosiy, disturbing and iritating voices of small kids shouting, yelling, arguing and crying daily and daddy used to think that we sounded like noisy birds chipping everywhere and that is what he is missing the most now. He once told mummy that he wished that he could turn back the time back to during the 80s when all of us are still very young. Friday will always be our happy family day because Friday is also the day when daddy sacrifices his golfing day for our family beach day @ PCB beach.
I've always remembered mummy's effort wholeheartedly when she prepares loadsa nice home cook meals for our beach picnic day. (= .. It is not easy to bring 6 of us up until what we are today although mummy said we hardly gave her hard and bad times as we've been behaving quite well except for some ocassion where we really drive her up to the wall with our mischevious and outrageously stubborn act of ours. The stubborn gene is being inheriated from mummy and daddy and that's why we're so bloody stubborn.. kekeke Mummy is a very organised housewife and she's very particular in everything she does especially making sure we are always completes from what we eat till what we wore.
During school days she will wake up as early as 6 in the morning to prepare breakfast for all of us before we goes to school and she will never failed to prepare our lunchbox for each of us and daddy on the other hand will placed all our daily allowance on the table with a piece of note that divided into few sections with names and he will put the amount of money below names and of course the eldest will get the most. (=
During the nights of every chinese new year, daddy will accompany all of us with our "playing fire crackers" moment where we will be wearing our new chinese new year pjs and played fire crackers together infront of our shop happily and now i understand why daddy whipped when he recalled all our happy childhood moments together with mummy telling her that he missed all of us terribly and i whipped too when mummy told me this and that is the reason why up till today, i'm still home sick even i've been staying in KL far away from home for 4 years plus. Looking back at how time actually flies, all of us had really grown up and look my eldest sister is now a mother of my baby nephew, Aiden.
To cut long story short.. i love my family.. :)
