The long winded old man's yapping voices is ringing in my head now..

I dunno what is he yapping about.. continuously non stop complaining about this company's poor management again and again.. His words been ringing in my head since just now.. I am not sure who offended him or who being rude to him but as the result of i answered the call today... I have to listen to all the yapping and nagging part.. However he admit that my service is perfect.. I've been really polite and nice but he couldn't stand it that someone "unknown" had been really rude to him..

Me damn layan him d.. since I'm the upfront line of the whole organization..All the bullets will come through me & my department first.. cause I'm in PR and Marketing.. so what to do?? While nagging he keeps on complimenting that my service is perfect and good..(No one ever complains about my service/my PR skill so far) then stop COMPLAINING la.. -_-" swear to god.. if i know who is the bastard/bitch who got me into hearing this old "poh ma" uncle's yapping and nagging for so long.. i gonna kick their arses.. Erghhhh!!! Geramnyer.. the complain is nothing.. we learn from mistakes but the uncle's long yapping and nagging voice.. is very *NOISY* and giving me headaches now..
