Amazing creative piece found from Behance Network

A buddy asked for my help to reco design references for

> Packaging
> POSMs
> Talented creative person (he needs to outsource)

He is currently in the midst of planning on a big project.. a launch of a new product (not sure when but in process and happening).. It might be a big one..

I am excited for him.. Not sure if he choose the right person to help him out but i will try my very best to assist him since i am in this industry..

Went through Behance network last night.. the artwork piece that i went through was friggin mind blowing..
I always wanted to go into graphic design but due to family's financial difficulties, i couldn't pursue my dream in creative line but i am in this line but as a client servicing / branding person.. and i am very sure if i am in creative department itself.. i would be good.. ahaks.. shameless to the max as usual again.. but i do have passion in creative line well look at what i am doing now..

Awesome will be the right word to describe the good references that i found..
In terms of selecting the right creative person.. i have an idea who to get.. most probably fei jai.. if he's keen  :)
